We’re looking for a Marketing Event Coordinator to join our New Orleans team and support event marketing, promotional campaigns, brand activations, customer engagement, and live events.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys coordinating details while also being involved in the action. You’ll work with the marketing and events team to prepare campaigns, support event logistics, and help create professional experiences for customers and clients.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate marketing events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations
- Assist with event planning, schedules, timelines, and logistics
- Prepare promotional materials, displays, signage, and event resources
- Support event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Coordinate with team members to keep events organized and on schedule
- Engage with customers and communicate campaign information professionally
- Represent client brands during promotional and event activities
- Gather customer feedback and event insights
- Assist with post-event reporting and campaign follow-up
- Help identify ways to improve future events and promotional campaigns
What We’re Looking For

Training & Career Development

Some events may require evening or weekend availability based on event schedules.
