We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our New Orleans team and gain hands-on experience supporting marketing campaigns, brand promotions, customer engagement, and in-person events.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to develop practical marketing skills in a professional environment. Previous marketing experience isn’t required. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, takes initiative, and is ready to learn.
About the Role
You’ll work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns from preparation through execution. Your work may involve preparing promotional materials, assisting with events, interacting directly with customers, and helping the team understand how people respond to different campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Support local marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Assist with brand promotions, events, and customer-facing activities
- Represent client brands professionally during in-person campaigns
- Engage with customers and communicate campaign information clearly
- Help prepare displays, promotional materials, and campaign resources
- Gather customer feedback and share useful campaign insights
- Assist with event setup and on-site campaign activities
- Help coordinate campaign schedules and daily priorities
- Work with the team on upcoming promotions and marketing initiatives
- Support campaign follow-up and basic reporting
What We’re Looking For

Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, events, or communications is welcome, but it isn’t required.

Training & Growth

Some events and promotional activities may require occasional evening or weekend availability.
