As a Client Manager, you will take ownership of maintaining strong brand-client relationships, overseeing campaign delivery at live customer touchpoints, and ensuring client goals translate into measurable performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Portfolio Management: Act as an on-site liaison for client accounts, ensuring consistent, authentic, and professional brand representation.
- Campaign & Engagement Strategy: Deliver direct consumer touchpoints, present product and service portfolios, and align outreach strategies with client growth targets.
- Client Performance Tracking: Monitor weekly acquisition metrics, compile feedback, and maintain clear records using Google Sheets and Excel to report campaign outcomes to senior management.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers, business partners, and key stakeholder teams.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with campaign leads, operations, and sales teams to streamline workflow execution and ensure run-of-show accuracy.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in daily strategy briefings, contribute ideas for campaign optimization, and implement feedback to enhance service delivery standards.
What We're Looking For (Entry-Level)
- Education & Experience: Open to all educational backgrounds (High School Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree). Prior client management experience is not required: attitude, work ethic, and coachability are what matter most.
- Interpersonal Capabilities: Outstanding verbal communication skills with a confident, personable approach to in-person interactions.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong time management, sharp attention to detail, and the agility to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
