We are seeking professionals who are sharp, culturally aware, and ready to hustle. As an Event Assistant, you will be on the ground, helping us launch, manage, and execute live, interactive retail and promotional events across the city. This isn't a background role—you are the face of the activation.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:
No two days look the same, but here is the blueprint of your week:

- Pop-Up & Event Logistics: Assist the management team with the daily setup, visual merchandising, and breakdown of live promotional events and retail showcases.
- Crowd Engagement: Command the event floor. You'll be interacting face-to-face with hundreds of New Yorkers daily, breaking the ice, and pulling people into the brand experience.
- Product Demonstrations: Master the ins and outs of our clients' portfolios to deliver compelling, live demonstrations that turn curious bystanders into loyal customers.
- Event ROI Tracking: Gather real-time data on foot traffic, customer inquiries, and daily acquisitions to help us pivot and optimize campaign performance.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- The Freshman Class: Recent college graduates or young professionals looking to break into the entertainment, marketing, or event industries.
- The NYC Hustle: You possess a high-stakes work ethic, a thick skin, and the ability to think on your feet when plans change mid-event.
- Communication Style: Charismatic, highly articulate, and able to build instant rapport with diverse crowds.
- Availability: Ready to dive in full-time and on-site immediately.
