This position operates entirely on-site and centers on face-to-face customer acquisition, client representation, and operational management.
CORE FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct Account Management: Conduct professional, face-to-face presentations to prospective customers within retail and event-based environments.
- Brand Compliance: Execute on-site campaigns according to precise client guidelines, ensuring accurate product positioning and clean brand representation.
- Market Analysis: Track daily customer acquisition metrics, analyze local consumer behavior, and report findings directly to the Director of Operations.
- Leadership Development: Cross-train in team management, campaign budgeting, and public speaking to prepare for a rapid pipeline into senior leadership.
CANDIDACY CRITERIA
Education
Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree preferred (Open to all majors)
Experience
