Support Campaigns, Create Content, and Grow Brands

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to help coordinate promotional activities, prepare marketing materials, and support projects that strengthen brand awareness. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing details, and contributing fresh ideas in a collaborative office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with coordinating marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and resources for upcoming campaigns.
- Support social media content planning and website updates.
- Research market trends, competitor activity, and target audiences.
- Help ensure marketing materials follow brand guidelines and messaging standards.
- Coordinate campaign schedules, meetings, and project deadlines.
- Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and digital records.
- Assist with gathering campaign data and preparing performance summaries.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support ongoing projects.
- Help organize promotional activities and ensure campaign materials are ready on time.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- An interest in marketing, branding, communications, or promotions.
- Confidence using standard office software and digital tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative approach.
- Previous marketing, administrative, or promotional experience is an advantage.
Position Details
- Pay: $18–$22 per hour
- Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Location: On-site in Austin, TX
