As a Brand Specialist, you will learn how to read a room, build instant rapport, close deals, and manage a territory. We offer a structured, merit-based advancement path designed to take you from an entry-level professional to a campaign manager in record time.

THE DAILY BREAKDOWN

Phase 1: The Briefing

Every morning starts at the office. You’ll align with your team, analyze local market data, and participate in interactive communication and strategy workshops.

Phase 2: The Activation

You transition directly to the field, setting up and launching face-to-face retail campaigns and promotional events across the greater Nashville metro area.

Phase 3: The Engagement

This is where you shine. You will actively engage consumers face-to-face, breakdown client portfolios, overcome objections, and securely acquire new customer accounts.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• The Drive: You possess an elite work ethic, a competitive spirit (sports, student leadership, or hospitality backgrounds thrive here), and a refusal to settle for average.
• The Mindset: A sharp "student mentality." You don't know everything yet, and you're excited about that because you want to learn from the best.
• The Vibe: High emotional intelligence, exceptional active listening skills, and the capability to represent major brands with absolute professionalism.
• The Logistics: Must be locally available to commute to our Nashville office full-time and on-site.
