Who You Are:
Roth’s Sea & Steak is seeking a passionate and service-driven Server Assistant to help deliver unforgettable guest experiences at one of Colorado’s premier new dining destinations. As a server assistant, you’ll help ensure seamless service, support a world-class team, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality in a vibrant, high-energy environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
· Work closely with servers to ensure seamless and efficient table service.
· Anticipate guest needs by providing water, replenishing beverages, and assisting with clearing and resetting tables.
· Support food and beverage delivery with precision and care.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and dining room.
· Uphold the restaurant’s standards of hospitality, presentation, and guest engagement.
· Assist in preparing service items to ensure a flawless dining setup.
· Work collaboratively with the entire front-of-house team to create a refined and memorable guest experience.
Qualifications:
· 1-2 years of experience in a high-end fine dining environment, Michelin star experience preferred
· Strong knowledge of service standards and dining etiquette with a natural ability to lead by example
· Basic knowledge of cuisine, wine, and food pairings
· Excellent guest interaction, problem-solving, and communication skills
· A high level of personal grooming, poise, and professionalism
· A commitment to excellence, integrity, and continuous learning
· Proficient in using modern POS systems and digital ordering tools.
· Previous experience in private dining or events is a plus
· WSET or Court of Master Sommeliers certification is a plus
Physical Requirements:
· Must be at least 21 years of age.
· Must be available to work nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs

· Must be able to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching with hands and arms, and using fingers and wrists for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per shift).

· Must be able to lift and transport up to 50 pounds on occasion.
· Must be able to tolerate and work in various kitchen environments, including: *High temperatures and humidity near cooking equipment (e.g., ovens, grills, fryers) *Cold conditions in walk-in coolers and freezers *Noisy, fast-paced environments with frequent interruptions
