Who You Are
You are the backbone of the back-of-house operation. Whether on the dish line or performing deep cleaning overnight, you take pride in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards of a Michelin-caliber kitchen. You move fast, work clean, and respect the systems that keep a world-class kitchen functioning.
Position Summary
Maintain the BOH to the highest standards of cleanliness and readiness. From service support to end-of-night deep cleaning, you’re responsible for dishes, tools, work surfaces, and equipment hygiene.
What You’ll Do
- Wash and sanitize all kitchen tools, dishes, and equipment
- Keep dish station, floors, and trash areas clean and dry
- Assist with kitchen deep cleaning, including hoods, drains, and equipment
- Restock kitchen wares, rotate chemicals, and manage sanitation logs
- Support BOH team with cleanliness, organization, and maintenance
