Position Summary Fill-in chef across the line—hot, cold, grill, and fish stations—as needed. You bring consistency and support, ensuring cohesive kitchen flow and plating excellence.
What You’ll Do
· Step into any station during service with prep and execution responsibilities
· Maintain polished execution at each station—timing, seasoning, plating
· Communicate proactively with CDPs and Sous/Sous Chef to cover needs
· Assist mise en place, inventory, and wastage tracking
· Support daily station prep and coach junior team members
What You’ll Bring
· 3 years in fine dining or rotational roles
· Broad technical competence across multiple stations
· Quick learning, calm composure, and reliability
· Team-first attitude and strong communication
· Culinary degree a plus
