Pay & Benefits
- $23–$25/hr depending on experience
- $1.00/hour shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shift

- Set up, operate, and monitor Triangle vertical form fill seal packaging machines and similar VFFS equipment (Sandiacre, Hayssen, Viking, Matrix, Bosch, Illapak)
- Perform quality checks and complete required sanitation tasks
- Follow all safety and food safety guidelines (USDA, FDA, HACCP, GMPs)
- Troubleshoot and make minor machine adjustments to maintain efficiency and reduce downtime
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Collaborate with your team to hit production goals
- Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members
- 6 months experience in food manufacturing, packaging, or similar production environment
- Hands-on experience with VFFS machines (Triangle preferred)
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in hot, cold, or loud settings
- Willingness to learn, train, and grow with us
- 2nd Shift: 3:00PM – 11:30PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00PM – 7:30AM
