Rosina Food Products, Inc. is hiring a hands-on Building Maintenance & Grounds Manager to oversee facility upkeep, manage vendors, and ensure our buildings and outdoor spaces stay in top shape.
What You’ll Do:

Manage daily maintenance and repair of buildings, parking lots, lawns, and sidewalks

Supervise a small internal maintenance crew and coordinate outside contractors (landscaping, snow removal, etc.)

Oversee preventative maintenance schedules using our CMMS system

Manage maintenance budget, inventory, and purchasing of tools and supplies

Lead facility improvement projects from planning to completion

Ensure compliance with all OSHA, safety, and regulatory requirements

Partner with HR on staffing, communication, and employee development
What You Bring:

5 years of experience managing facility maintenance and grounds
-
Experience in food manufacturing or regulated environments preferred

Solid knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and building systems

Organized, safety-focused leader with strong communication skills

Comfortable managing multiple vendors and projects at once

Associate degree in Engineering, Facilities, or a related field preferred
