The Training Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our associates’ success by designing and delivering impactful training programs. This role blends on-the-job coaching with eLearning development, ensuring associates have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. What You’ll Do
- Design, create, and update eLearning content using our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Upload, configure, and track eLearning modules in the LMS.
- Develop storyboards, scripts, and training guides.
- Deliver on-the-job and classroom training for production associates.
- Partner with supervisors to support operator training progress.
- Observe, coach, and provide feedback to associates.
- Audit training effectiveness and conduct refresher courses.
- Ensure training aligns with company policies, USDA regulations, BRC guidelines, and HACCP protocols.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to create engaging training content (PowerPoint, guides, scripts, etc.).
- Experience delivering both on-the-job and classroom-style training.
- Comfortable giving feedback and documenting training progress.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles a plus.
- Patient, encouraging, and adaptable.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Prior training or instructional design experience preferred.
- Ability to sit, walk, and occasionally lift up to 60 lbs.
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Exposure to wet/humid conditions and moving machinery.
