What You’ll Do:
- Operate, and maintain production and packaging equipment
- Assist in onboarding and training of new associates
- Perform routine quality checks on product and packaging
- Coordinate sanitation activities across production lines
- Follow USDA, FDA, HACCP, and Rosina safety policies and procedures
- Ensure your work area and equipment meet sanitation and safety standards
- Complete all required documentation and reports accurately
- Communicate clearly with team members and leadership
- Minimum of 6 months of related experience in food production/manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety
- Able to operate independently and with minimal supervision
- Comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs and working in hot/cold, loud environments
- Willingness to learn and help train others
- Pay starting at $23–$25/hr DOE $1.00 Shift differential
