Location: Buffalo, NY – CleanFiber Buffalo Facility

Shifts:

A Shift – 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM – Every Sun, Mon, Tues & E/O Wednesday

B Shift – 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM – Every Sun, Mon, Tues & E/O Wednesday

C Shift – 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM– Every Thurs, Fri, Sat & E/O Wednesday

D Shift – 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM– Every Thurs, Fri, Sat & E/O Wednesday

What You’ll Do
As a Manufacturing Associate, you’ll be part of a high-energy production team making our innovative, eco-friendly insulation. No prior manufacturing experience? No problem – we provide paid on-the-job training.

You’ll:

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Feed raw materials into machines safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor equipment maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and keep your workspace clean and organized.
• Move materials with forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand.
• Communicate with your team to keep production running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable and safety-focused, with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs during your shift.
• Comfortable working in a dusty, noisy environment with varying temperatures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
