- Set fence posts and assemble panels
- Read and follow site layouts to ensure correct placement
- Repair damaged fencing and replace components as needed
- Remove temporary fencing when projects are complete
- Operate company vehicles and related equipment
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and collaborate with site crews
- Practical construction/field experience with fencing or similar site work
- Ability to read site plans/layouts and work to specifications
