Support commercial construction projects by managing day-to-day accounting and job cost responsibilities.
Key Duties
- Track job costs and support accurate job costing for industrial, commercial, and institutional projects
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Provide payroll support
- Prepare financial statements, WIP reports, and budget-to-actual analyses
- Collaborate with project managers and leadership to support project accounting needs
- Strong understanding of accounting principles with experience in AP/AR and job cost tracking
- Ability to produce and interpret financial reports (including WIP and budget-to-actual)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfort working cross-functionally with project teams
