Part Time - Retail Associate

Role Overview: This position involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking bakery products to contribute to store profitability and enhance guest experience. The role requires adherence to safety, food safety, and guest service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce bakery items following production plans.
• Package, label, and merchandise bakery products per plan.
• Stock and rotate bakery products in the backroom.
• Notify management of supply needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to support store growth.
• Follow safety, food safety, and cleaning protocols.
• Assist with tasks in other departments as needed.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Preferred experience in retail or related fields.
• Basic math, reading, and comprehension skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
  
  

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied environment conditions.
