Key Responsibilities
- Grow existing client relationships and develop new ones to generate revenue and acceptable returns.
- Collaborate with Management and Underwriters to analyze creditworthiness, structure loans, and determine competitive pricing.
- Identify client needs, match bank capabilities, and maintain knowledge of lending policies and regulatory compliance.
- Gather financial data, prepare opportunity memos, and coordinate deal team meetings.
- Finalize loan terms, review closing documents, and monitor portfolio health, ensuring adherence to covenants.
- Act as a financial advisor, educating clients on financial strategies and identifying new opportunities.
- Support credit decisions, prepare commitment letters, and manage client relationships for long-term profitability.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6-8 years of experience in syndicated and middle-market lending, especially in South Florida.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
