- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team including District and Store Managers.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining safety, service quality, compliance, and brand standards across various business models.
- Monitor financial performance, utilizing KPIs and reports to drive revenue growth, profitability, and efficiency.
- Drive regional growth through acquisitions, new store openings, and market expansion.
- Champion sales initiatives to increase customer car count, guest retention, and profitability.
- Act as liaison between field operations and corporate departments to implement initiatives effectively.
- Conduct regular field visits, performance reviews, and hands-on coaching.
- 7-10 years in multi-unit leadership in automotive or high-volume service environments.
- Experience managing 20 stores, with strong P&L, operational, and team development skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders, lead change, and drive growth.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coaching capabilities.
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel extensively region-wide.
