Role Overview: The Lube and Tire Technician performs basic vehicle services such as oil changes, tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balancing, alignments, and fluid flushes. Responsibilities include driving customers, picking up parts, maintaining shop cleanliness, conducting safety and emission inspections, and documenting vehicle conditions. The role requires adherence to safety procedures and proper vehicle operation.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid driver’s license, minimum age of 18, basic automotive knowledge preferred, and ability to work at least five days including Saturdays. Physical demands include standing, bending, lifting up to 70 pounds, and good vision for color and depth perception.
