Responsibilities: Prepare standard and custom items for events, ensuring accuracy and consistency; maintain organized prep and storage areas with proper rotation and cleaning; collaborate with other departments in production; support menu development and work on- and off-premise events.
Qualifications: Food Handler's certification; 2 years of high-volume culinary experience; strong knife skills and basic culinary knowledge; ability to read and follow recipes; prioritize tasks effectively; work independently and in a team; fluent in English; able to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 pounds; flexible schedule including some weekends.
