Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, grounded cook who enjoys executing high-quality food at scale while working within established recipes and systems.
This role is focused on consistency, organization, and calm execution during high-volume production. You’ll support large prep days, maintain kitchen flow and standards, and work alongside a small team to ensure quality execution during busy catering periods.
This is a hands-on production-focused kitchen role centered on consistency, follow-through, teamwork, and quality execution.
Responsibilities
• Execute established recipes and prep plans with consistency
• Help maintain organization and kitchen flow during production
• Support prep coordination during high-volume days
• Uphold presentation, garnish, and food quality standards
• Work within established systems and direction
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen organization standards

Schedule & Pay
• Part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week to start)
• Most prep occurs during the day; events are primarily on weekends
• Some weekends are busier than others, with occasional lighter weekends
• Hourly pay based on experience
