What are the responsibilities and job description for the Endpoint Administrator position at RoShay Services?
Role Overview: Provide advanced technical support for Windows and Apple devices, ensuring timely resolution of help desk tickets and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Assist faculty, staff, and students with IT issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity, using independent judgment. Perform routine system administration tasks such as deployment, configuration, maintenance, and updates of endpoint devices. Create and update comprehensive documentation for procedures and troubleshooting guides. Facilitate basic training for IT Help Desk staff and escalate complex issues to higher-level teams or vendors. Collaborate with IT colleagues on technology implementations, system improvements, and projects. Support general help desk functions, including responding to emails, calls, and walk-in users.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, with over 3 years' experience in system administration or similar roles managing Windows and Apple platforms. Strong knowledge of operating systems, MDM, Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, supporting a diverse community. Relevant certifications are a plus.
