COMPENSATION: PER ADSUP I AGREEMENT
The Rose Tree Media School District seeks a collaborative and forward-thinking Supervisor for Technology to support the Office of Curriculum & Instruction in advancing digital learning across the District. The ideal candidate provides leadership in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of instructional technology initiatives that enhance teaching, learning, and assessment. This individual works closely with curriculum supervisors, administrators, technology staff, and building teams to ensure the effective integration of technology aligned with District instructional goals. This 12-month, Act 93 position is available July 1, 2026.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree preferred in Educational Technology, Instructional Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field. (Bachelor’s with substantial experience considered.)
- Administrative certification - principal or supervisor of Curriculum & Instruction required.
- Minimum 5–7 years successful K-12 teaching experience and 3 years leadership/project management in instructional technology preferred.
- Demonstrated experience integrating technology with curriculum; successful track record leading professional development and other District initiatives.
- Experience with learning management systems, assessment platforms, cloud services, and District device management.
- Strong communication, change-management, project management, and vendor negotiation skills. Ability to manage budgets, present to stakeholders, and maintain productive working relationships across administrators, coaches, teachers, and community.
