- Support integration of instructional platforms (e.g., LinkIt, Age of Learning, assessment systems).
- Ensure technology enhances rigor, discourse, and student ownership — not passive engagement.

Professional Development
- Design and deliver PD on effective technology integration aligned to Danielson Domain 3.
- Support principals in monitoring technology use through Tier 1 look-fors.
- Provide coaching on formative assessment tools and blended learning strategies.

Systems & Infrastructure
- Collaborate with IT to ensure device management, cybersecurity, and digital safety compliance.
- Oversee district LMS, data dashboards, and instructional software contracts.
- Monitor appropriate use policies and digital citizenship implementation.

Data & Innovation
- Analyze usage data to evaluate instructional impact of technology platforms.
- Recommend tools that strengthen cognitive demand and real-time assessment.
- Support innovation initiatives (e.g., STEM, Apple leadership frameworks).

Compliance & Equity
- Ensure equitable access to devices and digital resources.
- Align with NJDOE digital learning mandates and remote instruction requirements.
- NJDOE Supervisor Certificate; Educational Technology endorsement preferred.
