- Technical writing experience (5 Years)
- Ability to create effective and clear process flows and similar diagrams in PowerPoint or Visio (5 Years)

Job Responsibilities
- Status reporting of operational support tasks and related work efforts
- Identifying metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) of processes and their output
- Create manage and maintain policy plan process procedure and other program documents such as process flows standard operating procedures desk manuals and procedural guidelines
- Review edit and maintain documentation consistency and accuracy for documentation submitted by both staff and vendors
- Monitor and Support deadlines milestones and activities
- Apply change risk and resource management
- Document all meetings attended directives and significant phone conversations
- Develop and deliver professional technical Program updates to DIS leadership and supporting staff
- Communicates with IT leadership business leadership and IT Business Consultants to communicate program strategy direction and changes
- Responsible for tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments to Project Managers
- Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Microsoft office tools
