We are looking for a senior-level Business Analyst Project Lead & Functional Subject Matter Expert who can seamlessly bridge the gap between technical system testing and end-user training. Location: Columbia, SC (Must be a CURRENT South Carolina resident)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)

Important Skills (Must Have)
- Testing Documentation & Execution (5 Years): Proven experience preparing, documenting, and executing test criteria, test cases, test scripts, and test plans for large IT projects.
- FCCMS Expertise (2 Years): Hands-on experience using, configuring, and maintaining the Family Court Case Management System (FCCMS). (Crucial Requirement)
- Core Testing Frameworks (2 Years): Deep knowledge of Component, Integration, Security, Performance, Regression, and Acceptance testing.
- Team Leadership & QA Tools: Strong ability to plan, organize, and review the work of a testing team using MS Visual Studio, SharePoint, and MS Office.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience mapping existing and proposed business processes.
- Previous judicial/court case management system or state government experience.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Core Responsibilities
- Business Analysis: Review vendor designs and draft General System Design (GSD) documents.
- System Testing: Perform daily troubleshooting of complex defects, regression tests, and root cause analysis.
- Training & Support: Conduct onsite and online training for county staff, create user manuals/instructional videos, and provide Level 2 help desk support for application defects. (Requires some local travel within the State for training).
