Role Description

This is an unpaid internship role at Rose Holding USA Inc., located in New York, NY. The intern will assist with day-to-day operations, support project management, conduct market research, and help in coordinating communication between buyers and factories. Additional responsibilities include data entry, preparing reports, and participating in team meetings to help streamline processes and improve efficiency.

What you'll learn and do

• Creating mood boards and Designs dedicated to brand identity and vision
• Assist with sample coordination and help develop creative briefs
• Support the planning and execution of seasonal marketing
• Participate in trend research and contribute ideas for new fabric, color, and silhouette directions
• Gain exposure to sourcing, costing, and vendor communications across international supply chains
• Support digital marketing initiatives showcasing Rose Holding’s collections on social platforms
• Understand timelines and workflows in seasonal product development cycles
• Shadow client meetings and learn professional presentation and negotiation skills
• curate and organize showroom for brand visit

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to conduct thorough market research and data analysis
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in basic office software, including MS Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
