The Role: Regional Sales Representative
Pennsylvania/Ohio/New York (Remote | Moderate to High Travel)
You'll be the face of Ronnoco in the convenience store channel-building relationships, discovering new opportunities, and helping customers find the perfect beverage solutions for their business.
What You'll Be Brewing Up
- Build and grow relationships with existing customers-and create new ones through lead follow ups via phone calls, emails, and good old-fashioned door-to-door visits
- Spot market trends, recommend the right products, and wow customers with coffee and beverage samples
- Become a product and equipment expert so you can train customers and deliver top‑notch service
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to key decision-makers
- Stay ahead of competitor offerings and industry innovations
- Proactively solve problems and exceed customer expectations
- Check in regularly with accounts to ensure satisfaction and long‑term success
- 2 years of professional sales experience (cold calling included)
- Confident, professional presence with great communication skills
- Organized, motivated, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Tech‑savvy with MS Office and CRM/database tools
- A true team player who values relationships and integrity
- High school diploma required (college degree preferred)
- Able to lift up to 50lbs, stand for long periods, and pass a drug test and physical
