Mechanical Maintenance Person, Facilities Management

To assist the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining and/or operating all equipment, materials and facilities of the University. To demonstrate to the reasonable satisfaction of management the scope of services of the position.

Maintenance

Perform any or all types of work required to maintain the buildings.

Repair

Repair and maintain all mechanical and electrical equipment, piping, plumbing, sheet metal, and sanitary services.

At the University's discretion, the education and experience prerequisites may be accepted where the candidate can demonstrate, to the satisfaction of the University, an equivalent combination of education and experience specifically preparing the candidate for success in the position.
