A leading professional services organization is seeking a Senior HRIS Administrator to join its growing HR Technology & Operations team. This is a highly visible role supporting enterprise HR systems, advanced reporting, analytics, data governance, and process optimization initiatives across HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point for HRIS-related issues, reporting, and system functionality
- Lead HRIS configuration enhancements, testing, implementations, and process improvements
- Support and optimize HR modules related to Benefits, Payroll, Workforce Management, and Onboarding
- Develop and maintain complex reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics using HRIS and BI tools
- Conduct advanced audits, data validation, and ensure overall HR data integrity and compliance
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, Finance, and external vendors
- Create training materials and deliver user training sessions for HR systems and reporting tools
- Drive automation initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline HR operations and workflows
- Support compliance reporting, compensation analytics, turnover reporting, and workforce data initiatives
Qualifications
- 6 years of progressive HRIS experience with strong reporting and analytics expertise
- Experience within legal, professional services, or similarly fast-paced environments strongly preferred
- Expertise with enterprise HRIS platforms such as Dayforce, Workday, UKG, or similar systems
- Advanced Excel skills required including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros, and data auditing
- Experience with Power BI or other visualization/reporting tools preferred
- Strong understanding of HR systems architecture, integrations, and data governance
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work independently with minimal oversight
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, analytical, and customer service skills
Preferred Background
- Experience supporting Benefits Administration and Payroll workflows
- Prior experience managing HRIS implementations, upgrades, or system enhancements
- Experience in high-growth or matrixed organizations
- SQL knowledge is a plus
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
