We are currently partnering with a growing, successful company who is looking to add a Director, Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting to join their team. This role will own the Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting functions. We are looking for candidates with current/recent SEC reporting experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of SEC Filing Processes
  • Ownership of all Technical Accounting - Revenue, Lease, Stock, etc.
  • Ongoing process improvement regarding internal controls and close processes
  • Ad-hoc projects and analysis


Qualifications:

  • Must have current/recent public company/technical accounting experience
  • Must have life sciences/pharma/biotech/manufacturing experience
  • CPA is highly preferred for this role
  • Must have a background in public accounting


Compensation: 180-220K depending on experience
