Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to school leadership and operations teams
- Manage front office operations including incoming calls, visitors, correspondence, and scheduling
- Maintain confidential student and personnel documentation and records
- Coordinate attendance tracking, student registration, and enrollment documentation
- Assist with purchasing, office supply management, and requisition processing
- Support communication and mailings to families and staff
- Maintain organized filing systems, reports, and compliance-related documentation
- Coordinate transportation and student operational logistics as needed
- Support school-wide events, meetings, and administrative initiatives
- Help maintain a welcoming, professional, and student-centered office environment
Qualifications
- 5 years of administrative, executive support, office management, or school operations experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
- Prior experience in education, nonprofit, healthcare, or community-focused organizations preferred
