This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for a variety of healthcare and corporate positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to support the organization's continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
- Attend recruiting events, career fairs, and networking opportunities as needed.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience while supporting hiring goals and timelines.
Qualifications
- 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare or nonprofit organizations.
- Experience managing multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and work collaboratively with hiring managers.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.

Salary : $75,000 - $84,000
