This position will serve as a key operational leader within the practice, partnering closely with executive leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while fostering a positive experience for both patients and staff. The Office Manager will oversee the clinical team, providers, and front office operations, serving as the primary resource for staff support, operational execution, and overall practice performance.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the daily operations of a busy multi-specialty dental practice, ensuring efficient workflows and exceptional patient service
• Manage and support clinical staff, providers, and front office personnel while promoting a positive and collaborative team environment
• Serve as a hands-on leader who is actively engaged with staff, patients, and daily practice operations
• Partner with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and practice growth
• Monitor office performance, staffing needs, scheduling efficiency, and patient satisfaction metrics
• Address patient concerns and resolve issues professionally to maintain a high level of patient trust and satisfaction
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members while promoting accountability and employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, office policies, and industry best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, patient experience, and overall office efficiency
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of dental office management experience required
• Experience managing larger teams that include both clinical and administrative staff
• Strong understanding of dental office operations, patient flow, and practice management
• Proven ability to lead teams, build relationships, and create a positive workplace culture
• Experience in a multi-specialty dental environment strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Dentrix or comparable dental practice management software preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
