What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at Roessel Joy?
Roessel Joy has partnered with an established non-profit organization on a new Controller role. The ideal candidate will have previous Controllership experience, experience owning the month-end-close, and experience supporting the audit with the third party auditors.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and own audit.
- Oversee the month-end-close process.
- Support Budgeting/forecasting.
- Hands-on work with the GL, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Ad hoc tasks as requested by the executive team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree.
- 10 years of accounting experience.
- Previous Controllership experience.
- Experience with a variety of accounting software.
Salary : $135,000 - $140,000
