Roessel Joy is looking for a motivated, driven individual to join our team. The role is best-suited for an independent self-starter with a high level of drive, great relationship-building and leadership skills, and the ability to function confidently and professionally within a sales environment.
We are looking for a Recruiting Manager for our accounting & finance permanent placement services division. You will be running a full desk, working with both clients and candidates, managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Source qualified candidates for direct hire opportunities using internal database, job boards, postings, referrals, and social media.
- Build and maintain relationships with a network of senior-level professionals in the Accounting & Finance industry
- Research sales opportunities and bring in new business through cold calls, in-person and virtual meetings, online messaging and marketing initiatives
- Manage the hiring process from both the client and candidate sides of the business, developing trusted relationships
- Maintain a portfolio and pipeline with high-potential Accounting & Finance Candidates for future job opportunities
- Provide recommendations and best practices to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruiting and interviewing process
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates providing consistent and constant communication
- Participation in industry associations and events to increase company presence
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of successful recruiting experience preferred
- Proven track record of success as top producer from other agency required
- Excellent verbal and written communications and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced competitive sales environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Desire to grow the business and manage portfolios
