About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to multiple senior executives at a mission-driven organization. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating across teams, and has experience working with C-level leaders.
Responsibilities- Manage and prioritize complex executive calendars across multiple time zones
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, logistics, and follow-ups
- Assist in preparing materials, presentations, and background research for meetings
- Provide administrative support for cross-team initiatives and special projects
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Process expense reports and draft correspondence as needed
- Liaise with staff, board members, and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion
- Provide occasional front desk coverage and additional administrative support as needed
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of previous experience supporting executives, board members, or senior leadership
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom (Concur/project management software a plus)
- Adaptable, collaborative, and proactive with a strong sense of initiative
Hybrid: 2–3 days/week in office
$80,000–$85,000/year comprehensive benefits
