Customer Service Representative (Call Center)
- $26 to $29 an hour to start, $35 an hour once hired | Monday to Friday | Rockville, MD

What You'll Do
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls from members, spouses, beneficiaries, and attorneys
- Help callers with questions about their 1099 tax forms and their online benefits accounts
- Keep calls quick and clear, with most wrapping up in under four minutes
- Respond to member questions by email and mail
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of call center experience
- A clear, professional phone voice
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to the Rockville office every day
- Available to start right away
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
- High volume inbound call center experience
- Bilingual, especially English and Spanish
- Associate's or bachelor's degree
- Office or administrative experience
