- High School Diploma/GED; Associate’s preferred
- Minimum three years of sterile processing experience; five preferred
- Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or CSPDT certification
- Experience in sterile processing and surgical technology is advantageous
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate between departments and respond quickly to operational needs
- Knowledge of sterile processing procedures and quality standards
