Senior Recruitment Consultants – Roc Search
Location: Onsite in our Austin office (paid parking and early leave on Fridays)

Roc Search is looking for an experienced 360 experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in downtown Austin. This is a full desk, Account Executive-style position, where you will be joining a friendly, motivated, close-knit team of successful sales/recruitment consultants, focusing on the placement of technology professionals.

Skills and experience we are looking for from you:
- Minimum 1- 4 years of 360 Recruitment Consultant carrying out business development calls in order to win new business
- Open to any industry but Civil Engineering and Technology are a plus in both permanent or contract recruiting
- Proven billing history and track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Drive and enthusiasm to be successful with a desire to improve your career
- Substantial business development experience within all sizes of organizations
- Strong market knowledge
- Customer-centric approach
Role Responsibilities:
- Leading the business development effort to develop new business with Roc Search.
- Developing strategies to grow the client base and implement appropriate sales plans to target prospective organizations.
- Present tailored service overviews to C-suite and senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to understand client business models, strategies, and processes, enabling tailored solution design
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-Level executives and Management to understand requirements and gain market intelligence, obtain referrals, and grow a professional and personal network.
- Continuously growing relationships with the current customer base by finding additional areas in the business where we can be of value.
- Respond to business requests and craft compelling, client-focused proposals that successfully secure new business opportunities.
- Negotiating terms of business
- Desire and willingness to carry out training sessions for Junior Consultants if needed
Compensation:
Base: $55,000 annual base salary
OTE: $80,000 - $100,000 (based on projected commission potential year 1, earnings are uncapped and can vary based on performance)
