What You’ll Be Working On
- Site/land development projects across commercial, residential, and municipal sectors
- Grading, drainage, utilities, and overall site design
- Stormwater, roadway, and infrastructure design
- Plan production and coordination with municipalities
- Supporting projects from concept through construction
What They’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in civil/site land development
- EIT required, PE or working toward it is a plus
- Strong experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Background in grading, drainage, utilities, and site design
- Someone who wants to grow into more responsibility, not just stay siloed
