Recruitment Consultant (Full Desk)
Roc Search – Austin, TX (Onsite, Downtown)

Roc Search is hiring an experienced 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Austin team. This is a full-desk, Account Executive–style role focused on the placement of technology professionals.
You’ll be joining a motivated, collaborative, and commercially driven team where performance is recognized, progression is earned, and earning potential is truly uncapped.

What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of 360 recruitment experience (full desk)
- Strong business development background with proven success winning new clients
- Open industry experience: Technology and Civil Engineering recruitment is a plus but not a must (contract or permanent)
- Demonstrated billing history and track record of exceeding targets
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, drive, and ambition to grow your career
- Experience engaging organizations of all sizes
- Strong market knowledge and customer-first approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development efforts to win and grow new accounts
- Create and execute targeted sales strategies
- Present tailored service offerings to C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Conduct in-depth client needs analysis to design strategic talent solutions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with executive leadership
- Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Respond to client briefs with compelling, solution-focused proposals
- Negotiate commercial terms and agreements
- Support and mentor junior consultants when needed
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $50,000
- Year 1 OTE: $75,000 - $80,000
- Uncapped commission structure (earnings based entirely on performance)
