PsyPhyCare provides healthcare staffing services to federal and community facilities. We are expanding in South Texas and need a local business development professional to help us grow.
Position Overview
This is a part-time, hourly position with commission. The role focuses on building relationships and generating new staffing contracts in the San Antonio / San Marcos / Karnes County area.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in healthcare staffing.
- Build relationships with facility administrators, primes, and subcontractors.
- Make outreach calls, visits, and attend local networking events.
- Coordinate with recruiters to match candidates with client needs.
- Track leads and opportunities in CRM.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Knowledge of the South Texas market.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Self-starter, comfortable with outreach and follow-up.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
- Federal Government Proposal Development is a plus.
Compensation
- Hourly: $20–$30/hour.
- Commission: Paid on contracts or placements closed.
- 10–20 hours per week, with potential to grow.
