The Client
Our client, a leading financial institution with North American presence is hiring for Corporate Recruiters to join their team on a contract basis. They are hiring for multiple positions ranging from junior to senior level in multiple states (NY, NJ, MA, PA, SC, FL)

What you will achieve in this role:
- Act as the Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio, informing talent decisions with acute knowledge of the organization and businesses supported, having deep expertise of external markets with an objective to continuously upgrade talent.
- Manage end to end aspects of the recruitment process / specialized acquisition program.
- Develop and execute innovative talent strategies, leveraging industry best practices and market data to proactively target qualified active and passive candidates to build a robust pipeline of diverse talent.
- Advise business leads on talent market gaps and provides insights on alternate practices and opportunities.
- Execute on determined plans and provides insight/ guidance to clients on benefits of approach.
- Focus on creating an optimal Hiring Manager and candidate experience throughout the recruiting cycle aligned to customer experience model.
- Maintain expert knowledge of HR policies, procedures and programs as they relate to recruitment.
- Cultivate strong relationships with HR partners, HR CoEs and business stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs and provide consultation on optimal sourcing approaches.
- Maintain, analyze and leverage accurate recruitment metrics and reporting to inform sourcing and recruitment activities; consult with hiring managers.
- Prioritize and manage own workload to meet MSA requirements for service and productivity.
- Adhere to enterprise frameworks or methodologies that relate to activities for the talent acquisition function.
- Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite of the Bank.
- May lead special initiatives by representing the business internally and externally, as a subject matter expert.
- Monitor and communicate the effectiveness of plans, programs, and practices related to own area of expertise.
- Conduct internal and external research projects; support the development/ delivery of presentations / communications to management or broader audience.
- Keep abreast of and advise the team on emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements in the discipline and assess potential impacts.
- Ensure the prompt and thorough resolution of escalated issues.
- Focused on specialized portfolio / niche capabilities.
- Work independently as the senior subject matter expert.
- Provide advice and/or guidance to various stakeholders and team members and may coach and educate others.
- Considered a subject matter expert within a given area.
- Focus on medium -term issues (e.g. monthly-quarterly).
- Oversee and/or independently perform tasks from end to end.
- Undertake and complete a variety of projects and initiatives, may include the integration of cross functional processes within own area of expertise.
- Generally reports to a Senior Manager role.
What you must bring to this role:
- 3 years of corporate recruitment experience
- Financial services or banking experience is required
- Agency recruitment experience is a nice to have
- Strong communication skills/interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skill
- Ability to manage high volumes during peak season
- Experience recruiting or a complex portfolio that across multiple lines of business
Contract hourly rate: $25-60/HR
