Technical Support Analyst

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled IT Analyst I - Technical Support to join our client

Contract Period: 12 Months with potential to extend or convert

Location: Mount Laurel Township, NJ

Location Type: Hybrid; In office as needed with a potential of in office in 2026

Business Hours: Monday – Friday; Core business hours

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Access Management IT Operations Manager in daily operations of department
• Provides front line support to customers on a broad range of issues
• Proactive Investigating out of scope platforms, applying a broad business focus
• Assesses level of knowledge of user and able to translate information when providing assistance
• Process various levels of system access following provisioning policies
• Utilizes all sources of information when processing requests and participating in projects
• Works independently within generally defined parameters
• Provide effective, day-to-day applications and network access support
• Provide quality service and solutions consistent with objectives
• Effectively handle incident management
• Ensure timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems, options and recommendations for prompt resolution

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• Undergraduate Degree, Technical Certificate
• 1 to 2 Years of Relevant Experience
• Knowledge of IAM principles and policies such as separation of duties, access certifications and governance in a complex global enterprise environment
• Comfort level working with T.S, Business Partners and vendors
• Ability to work on moderately complex tasks under management guidance and supervision
• Access provisioning / Identity management
• MS Excel
• Sailpoint
• ARS - Active directory
• Powershell
