In this role, you will work closely with the Manager of Talent Acquisition and develop an efficient and effective full cycle recruiting search process including the sourcing of passive candidates for pipeline development by using internal and external sourcing methods. You will provide expertise to hiring managers in identifying candidates for current and future needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide consultative recruiting services including research, market intelligence, sourcing, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiations
Continuous networking and pipelining to identify talent for current openings as well as potential future needs
Share data insights with hiring managers to influence approach to filling roles
Provide guidance to hiring managers about talent assumptions and provide creative solutions
Execution of diversity plans and overall talent acquisition strategies
Maintains clear communication with all applicants, answering any questions as it pertains to the job being filled and applicant status
Ensure candidate flow to meet and exceed hiring goals
Assist the team with planning and participation in hiring events
Collaborate with sourcing team to create strategic sourcing plans to address the number of open requisitions
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university
3-5 years related experience in full cycle recruitment
Experience focused on veteran recruiting processes preferred
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
A proven successful track-record of success in a metrics or goal-based talent acquisition setting
Must have an ability and desire to stay abreast of market conditions and industry trends
Ability to use innovative techniques to meet fluctuating staffing demands within the business
Experience with HR technologies such as applicant tracking systems, iCIMS preferred
Strong sense of urgency, drive, and passion to take ownership of all projects
Strong organizational skills and must be detail-oriented
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to understand and execute the company vision and values of Team, Excellence, Service, and Trust
This role will be hybrid with the individual working in office with the team 4 days a week.

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
