VP of Strategic Marketing

We are looking for an experienced VP of Strategic Marketing and Client Engagement. In this leadership role, you will drive the development of innovative marketing strategies designed to align with client business goals and enhance engagement through data-driven approaches. This position requires a strong blend of strategic vision, analytical expertise, and collaborative leadership to deliver impactful results for healthcare and life sciences clients. Candidates must have experience with both B2B HCP audiences and B2C Physician audiences. This role requires quarterly travel throughout the East Coast.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with their business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.

• Oversee cross-functional collaboration across marketing, analytics, and product teams to optimize media strategies, improve audience targeting, and enhance engagement.

• Utilize data insights to curate audience segmentation and design campaigns tailored to specific client needs.

• Play a key role in business development efforts, including campaign performance analysis and strategies for revenue growth.

• Create and execute plans aimed at improving client satisfaction, retention rates, and overall revenue.

• Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure data-driven recommendations support omnichannel marketing initiatives.

• Lead strategic planning efforts in close coordination with data science and engineering teams to deliver insight-focused solutions.

• Mentor and manage account management, analytics, and strategy teams to drive operational excellence and foster growth.

• Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps that guide client projects and enhance marketing program effectiveness.

• Support the alignment of marketing strategies with organizational growth objectives and industry trends

• 12 years of experience in digital marketing, consulting, or pharmaceutical marketing with proven expertise in analytics-driven customer engagement

• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams that include account management, analytics, data science, and marketing strategy

• Deep understanding of CRM systems, omnichannel orchestration, and advanced campaign measurement methodologies (e.g., MMM, MTA, predictive modeling).

• Strong ability to align data intelligence and marketing strategy with client business goals to deliver measurable ROI.

• Experience within healthcare, pharma, or life sciences industries, with a passion for innovation and measurable outcomes.

• Proven expertise in sales strategy, B2B marketing, and brand development.

• Advanced skills in data analysis to guide decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.

• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning and develop actionable roadmaps.

• Experience driving business development and client satisfaction initiatives.

• Exceptional leadership capabilities, including mentoring and team management.

• Knowledge of healthcare and life sciences industries is highly desirable.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
