Vice President of Strategic Client Engagement

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the VP of Strategic Client Engagement leads a multidisciplinary team delivering measurable client outcomes while advancing our audience intelligence and platform capabilities. This role oversees account management, analytics, and marketing functions to strengthen our position as the leading contextually intelligent healthcare engagement platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Strategy & Engagement

  • Partner strategically with clients to align marketing objectives with business goals through data-driven engagement programs
  • Bridge client challenges with platform capabilities, delivering quantifiable impact via omnichannel programs, predictive analytics, and behavioral insights
  • Drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth using first-party data, HCP identity graph, and contextual content engine

Analytics & Strategic Planning

  • Support analytics integration within our CRM-driven ecosystem, establishing measurable program strategies and performance frameworks
  • Partner with data science and engineering teams to deliver insight-driven recommendations for omnichannel marketing programs
  • Champion analytics and CRM intelligence integration, creating continuous optimization loops between strategy and execution

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and mentor account management, analytics, and strategy teams, fostering an insights-first culture combining strategic creativity with analytical precision
  • Serve as internal thought leader, translating market trends and data science innovations into strategic opportunities

Innovation & Platform Evolution

  • Shape platform roadmap development, advancing DSP integrations, AI-driven personalization, and cross-channel intelligence
  • Drive thought leadership and case study development demonstrating measurable brand outcomes

Qualifications:

  • 12 years in digital marketing, consulting, or pharmaceutical marketing with analytics-driven customer engagement expertise
  • Proven success leading cross-functional teams including account management, analytics, data science, and marketing strategy
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems, omnichannel orchestration, and advanced measurement methodologies
  • Healthcare, pharma, or life sciences industry experience
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in audience segmentation and personalization
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
